Cancellation:

If you changed your mind after making a purchase, order cancellation can be done if the item(s) are not sent yet.

Except for customized item which can't be cancelled in any case. 

 

Return & refund

We always try out best to deliver the best product to our happy customers, however if there's an error proved to be from our side such as, sending wrong item or damaged when receive kindly contact us to proceed the return and refund.

With video when opening the package will help to get the process faster but not a must.
