How do I know if my order has been shipped?

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. We’ll then send a shipping notification email once your item has been dispatched. This email will typically include a tracking number for you to check your order’s status directly on the ULA Collections website.

We carefully select high-quality materials for our products, and all of them are sourced right here in Thailand:

  • For ULA Hammocks: We use acrylic yarn, 100% natural cotton rope, and various fabrics.
  • For Hammock Stands and Hangs: We utilize durable hardwood and eucalyptus wood.
  • For Bags: Our bags are crafted from high-quality synthetic leather, woven, batik, and canvas fabrics.
  • For Throws, Blankets, and Covers: These items are made from 100% cotton fabrics.
  • For Decorative Pillows: We use a variety of fabric choices that are suitable for indoor and outdoor use, as well as for specific purposes.

For Pillow Inserts: We use high-quality polyester for long-term use with maximum comfort.

If you happen to record an unboxing video, you can use it to expedite the return and exchange. However, it’s not a must as we always check and have a quality assurance procedure on all items. 

In case you’re not happy with our product upon receipt, you can promptly let us know the reason, then continue the next step to return and exchange. We accept the return and exchange within 7 days after the delivery date (checked by the tracking portal of the courier)

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.Yes, we do. We work with diverse agencies to meet our customers’ international shipping needs. You will see the shipping rate included when you check out your basket. If your country is not listed (which is a very rare case), you can contact us to check your shipping rate and options.

Proper care helps maintain the longevity and beauty of your ULA Collections items:

  • For Acrylic Yarn Hammocks: Wash with mild detergent and water, then dry in the sun and wind. Please be careful with accessories that might snag the hammock, as this can cause damage and shorten its lifespan.
  • For Cotton Rope Hammocks: Wash with anti-dandruff shampoo and water, then dry thoroughly in the sun and wind. Beware of mold: if the hammock gets wet, ensure it’s completely sun and/or dried to prevent mold growth and extend its use.

For Fabric Products: Wash with mild detergent and water. We recommend using a laundry bag and drying the item in the sun and wind.

Yes, ULA Collections Gift Cards are available. These cards allow the recipient to purchase items from ULA Collections up to the specified value on the card.
