The inspiration for my business began in 2015 with hammocks, reminiscent of the happy times I spent at my grandmother’s house in Chiang Rai. I poured my heart into this business, but when the pandemic hit in 2020, offline sales became impossible. I had to rely solely on online orders, and times were tough.
With so much time at home during the lockdown, I started making small handmade gifts, like bags or pillows, to include with my customers’ hammock orders as a token of my gratitude for their support. To my surprise, many customers started asking to buy these fabric items. That’s when I realized I had something special, and it inspired me to create Phuket Fabric since then..

Our Handcrafted Community
Every one of our hammocks is a work of art, handmade with care by talented local artisans, crafted by a well-supervised community in northern Thailand. They are either hand-knit or hand-woven with love. Our fabric hammocks are designed at our headquarters in Phuket and then sewn by a professional team in Bangkok. We are proud to support these local communities and their incredible craftsmanship.

Lighter and compact to bring anywhere. With its lightweight and cocoon style, simply take it to the beach, park, or mountain and get 2 hanging points to start your hammocking moment.
Best to bring it anywhere and/ or use it in public, as it can’t get damaged so easily. Even though it provides less comfort than the other ULA Hammocks. Perfect for branding for a business.

And in our services section, we also provide sewing services and reupholstery for customers in Phuket to make their home or business a unique design.
